Cunningham (12125) - Halden, NORWAY - SEP 28, 2020
UPDATED: SEP 28, 2020 Stout + centennial = tru love. Almost complete black color with a fine beige head. Ok intensity in the aroma. Medium body and a fine mellow carbonation. Good balance between sweetness and bitterness. Semi dry texture. Chocolate, some roast, mild coffee, pine and a pleasant hoppy touch in the flavor. Flavor last a long time in the back of my mouth. Ahhh one more please. [On tap at Schouskjelleren in Oslo, Norway]

imdownthepub (22082) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - JUN 19, 2020
UPDATED: JUN 19, 2020 Bottled, 330ml from Hoptimism, Loughborough, Leics. Black with tan head. There is a good thick pour to this, nicely viscous beer. Roasty, toasty malts, a hint of charcoal, a hint of liquorice, full on the palate with a dose of Espresso coffee. The hops are light in character, just a hint of fruitiness, a hint of perfume. A typically good, solid beer from these.

jamestulloch (7262) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 12, 2020
UPDATED: MAY 12, 2020 Bottle (4.8% ABV). Black body with a dense beige head. Good lacing. Aroma of coffee and plum. Flavour of red grape and caramel. Medium body with a smooth texture. Soft fizz. I love a Kernel dark beer - I think they're better than the pales and IPAs.
