Mainly Bottled; Regular. Has been seen on draught. Previously 7.8%, 7.7%, 7.2, 7.1%, 6.9% and 6.8%. Based on a recipe from 1890 from the old Truman Brewery archives (London Brewery). Simple recipe, massive taste. Dark, dark black. Oily texture. Loads of rich dried fruit and alcohol warmth rum and raisin. Then a herbal hop bitterness on top of huge lingering espresso. Hints of leather, tar, smoke, vanilla and chocolate. Roasty.

UPDATED: DEC 28, 2021 Cask Handpump at Cask Pub & Kitchen, Pimlico 01/08/2011 Big roast aroma. Beige head. Black rich on the palate strong in alcohol and fruity with a hint of bitterness in a dry roast finish.

Aroma pržene kave i tamne čokolade.
Tijelo nije pregusto i vrlo je blago resko , šta je i za očekivati od običnog Stouta..
Okus čisto klasičan ko i aroma ali je malo više gorak a manje sladak..
Po mom skromnom mišljenju ovo spada u vrh klasičnih Stoutova..

Huge long lasting head.
Aroma: deep! Burnt caramel, bonfire toffee, treacle.
Very Soft carbonation, creamy mouthfeel.
Taste: compex, big roastiness, very dark chocolate. Lingering cocoa bitterness. A belter! And at a very good price too.
I’ll seek out The Kernel’s beers from now on.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2021 Kawa, kakao, bardzo mocno palony finisz, idealny wygląd. Intensywne, wyjątkowo smaczne. Znakomity jest ten browar.
