UPDATED: FEB 3, 2019 Bottle. Pours a hazy orange colour with a thin white head, plenty of fruit especially orange in the aroma, the taste is medium bitterness and fruity with a dry bitter finish.

UPDATED: JAN 4, 2019 Bottle at home in Hackney - picked up at the brewery. Pours mostly clear gold with a frothy, pure white head. Classic Kernel. Has that bright and juicy but still dry citrus character, some pithy notes, mild flinty nips, pine needles, orange rind. Light bodied with small bubble, massaging carbonation. Clean finish, nice and refreshing bitterness, mix of grass and rind, some lemon, pine. Stellar.

8-3-8-4-16 Bottle, two months after bottling. Pours hazy yellow, with a rocky head. Aroma is citrusy hops with grapefruit, tangerines, orange peel and tropical notes of apricots and mango, as well pale malts with cereals and toffee. Medium body, with soft to average carbonation. Flavour is grassy hops with notes of grapefruit, orange peel, tangerines and tropical notes of peaches, as well as malts with cereals and toffee.

UPDATED: DEC 17, 2018 Bottle from the brewery in Bermondsey and drunk at home. Very hazy gold orange colour lasting white head. Tropical fruit aroma. Grapefruit and tangerine and tropical fruit flavour. Rather delicious to be honest. Lovely good fruit juice. Lovely orange tangerine. Light bitterness and some dryness on the finish. It's completely lovely. Can I have another please?

UPDATED: DEC 15, 2018 Bottle from Cork & Cask. Hazy golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of mango, menthol and pineapple. Flavour of orange jelly, tomato and a grapefruit pith finish. Medium body with a creamy texture. Soft fizz. This is just wonderful - it’s balanced, easy drinking and the hoppy finish lingers beautifully. One of the best Kernel beers I’ve tasted this year.

Garrold (9483) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - NOV 20, 2018
Tap. The Lyric, Soho. Multiple pints. Pale, peachy gold. Medium haze. Snow White Kernel swede. Handsome beer. Nose has citrus rind and notes of fleshy grapefruit. Clean, biscuit malt. Taste is light, citrus bitterness, with a clean, mineraly edge. Medium body. Fine carbonation. Light bitterness with more of the mineraly thing, to close. Not the fruitiest or juiciest Kernel, but I chose this over plenty of other ticks just because it was really easy drinking and in perfect nick.
