UPDATED: JAN 5, 2022 Bottle. Dark brown pour. Aroma of caramelized malt, raisin, vanilla, fruity whiskey, molasses, figs, dates, malt, yeast and a little coconut. Taste has creamy caramelized malt, vanilla, wax, dates, figs, raisin, coconut, whiskey, molasses, malt, yeast esters and sweet herbs. The barrel is gentle, yet nicely present. Good one.
