Murky pale yellow to blonde with a decent off white cap that dissipates to a swirl.
Nose is pissy lemon, funk, damp oak, grape must, damp alleyway.
Taste comprises grass, pissy citric peel, barnyard esters, funk, hay bale, damp wood, green berry piss, lemon sherbet, grains.
Medium bodied, fine massaging carbonation, drying close with balanced acidity.
Sublime stuff for the ABV ... great balance of funk and acidity ... up there with the very best lambics.

Aroma is milky, sour milk, yogurts, sour white white, grape. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, sour white peach, grape, lactose, yogurt. Palate si tart, medium pucker, hair. hihghish carboantion.

Level 6 bottleshare. Thanks to Leighton. Hazy yellowish gold beer, tiny white head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Tart lemony seltzer, tangy, some sherbet. Tangy dry finish. Port Barrel? Pretty subtle.

Incredible stuff, well rounded, nuanced, nips of grass, lemon, pale wood. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Quenching finish, clean pale woody dryness, restrained and balanced acidity, more lemon, a hint of golden raisin, moderate funk, grass. Fantastic.
