Hazy - murky medium pink colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, guava, melon, light tart fruit - guava. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, melon, guava, fruity hops, salty, light tart. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180511]

UPDATED: AUG 1, 2018 Nice tart qualities. One can’t say enough superlatives about these guys brews. This one is juicy and tart. A slight saltiness to boot. Quite enjoyable.

MBCC. Muddy pale orange with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy guava and tart. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic finish with lots of salt. 110518

[5/11/18] Draught sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2018. Yellow session. Murky pink. Big guava, tart, juicy, some saltiness. Really good.

UPDATED: JUN 15, 2018 Can shared at State of Origin small share. Thanks Aaron! Pours a hazy gold with a finger of foam that lingers. Guava, citrus and lemon notes on the nose. Smooth and fruity on the palate with some briney notes as it warms. Lingering salt on the finish with guava flesh and lemon. Very nice.

Draught @ MBCC 2018. Pours milky peach with a white head, lacings. Aroma of malt, yeast, tart fruit, peachy, strawberry. Flavor is light sour, malt, little salt, tart fruity, peach, raspberry, strawberry. Medium body, soft to average carbonation, light acidic finish. 110518

Can thanks to Andrew. Pours a cloudy pink orange with medium spotty white head. The aroma is strong wheat, guava, floral, citrus. Thin body, strong guava, lemon zest, wheat, nice tartness, light acidity, enjoyed this.
