beerplace (6389) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 9, 2022
UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 16oz (thx, Chris S.!) @ home shared with Andrey. Appearance: brown with a beige head. Aroma: roasted malts, coffee, some fruity notes, coconut. Taste: along the same lines, really thin, some acidity. Overall: very weird, not really enjoyable.

Spab (8221) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - NOV 5, 2021
UPDATED: NOV 5, 2021 473 ml can ordered online from Bevi Birra. Pours a dark brown colour with smallish light tan head. Aroma is roastybwith coffee, dark chocolate and a little toasty coconut. Flavour is also quite roasty with a more assertive, gently sweet, toasty coconut character along with dark chocolate and coffee. Lighter carbonation. Nice.

UPDATED: OCT 10, 2021 (473ml can from The Wheeled, Barrie) Pours dark brown with a tiny pale tan head and spotty lace. Aroma of quite roasted and somewhat acidic malts, charcoal, spent coffee, some toffee and chocolate sweetness and soft coconut. Flavour is rather dry and roasted, toasty malt with light roast acidity and soft caramelized sweetness, spent coffee, dusty vibes, coconut is very soft on the tongue with just some creaminess. Light bodied for style, soft carbonation, a bit watery. Decent enough porter even if the adjuncts are totally lost, but it's not as good as their higher ABV dark beers.

Alpha10 (1528) - Ontario, CANADA - SEP 25, 2021
UPDATED: SEP 25, 2021 2021/09/25 - Pours a deep, dark cola brown with a creamy, light tan head that quickly reduces and leaves minimal lacing. Aroma is toasted malts, coffee, dark chocolate and light coconut. Taste is more coffee and toasted malts with hints of chocolate and coconut. Mouthfeel is medium with soft carbonation and a long, toasty, drying finish. Nice. Coconut is just the right amount for this beer.
