UPDATED: JAN 1, 2022 Pours hazy amber with an average off-white head. Aroma of grain, caramel and hoppy notes. Sweet taste that ends up being more dry and somewhat bitter. Medium bodied, oily texture and average carbonated. An OK brew. 🌟🌟🌟

UPDATED: DEC 13, 2021 13.12.2021. 0,33l Bottle. Salling Aarhus, DK. Golden yellow colour with white head. Slightly unclear. Pretty rich beer with good flavours and aromas of pale malts. Fresh with good bitterness. The bitterness is very nice together with the spelt-malt. Good balaced beer. Veldig god faktisk.

UPDATED: FEB 4, 2021 50 cl. bottle at home. Bought at Netto Copenhagen. Low but lasting flufy white head. Hazy yellow body. Sweet fruity aroma, mainly banana. Slightly bitter and dry malt straw flavor with a high carbonation and a short finish.

UPDATED: DEC 13, 2020 Udseende: Lys gylden og uklar. Fin skumkrone. Aroma: frisk, Noter af banen fra gæren, frugtig, noter af urter og sødme fra malt. Smag: Medium fyldig. Medium karboneret. Masser af sødme og en mild bitterhed. En udmærket øl, hvor gær og maltprofil dominerer. Minder meget om en weissbeer.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2020 Bottle. Milky, amber to yellow, low offwhite cream. Spicy grain aroma. Medium body, foamy, light grainy creaminess, Hefeweizen fruitiness, clove and a hint dried ginger, pleasant mineral and spice finish, a hint salt makes it somewhat moreish.

UPDATED: MAR 23, 2020 Bottle. Golden with a white head. Straw, grain and light notes of citrus in aroma. Some malt sweetness and a surprisingly bitterness and a ditto carbonation. Did not expect a lot of this and though it is a rather simple beer, it does a good job of quenching my first while still leaving some flavour on my tongue.

UPDATED: JAN 17, 2020 bottle from meny aroma is quite dry, some flowery sweet notes, but mainly dry as a dry lager. flavor is malty sweet, slightly flowery hoppy. quite dry. would be a decent south european pale lager if i didn't know better. perhaps there is a faint note of fruit, in fact, banana in the flavor. wheat?

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2020 Fin lys og let grumset og fin skumkrone. Pilsner duft af humle. Let bitter med lidt hvedesmag. Er ikke til hvedeøl, med denne har så lidt hvedesmag at den er OK.

UPDATED: DEC 20, 2019 Bottle. Clear golden with white head. Aroma is light malts, grain, sourdough. Taste is dry with some tartness. Pretty alright but nothing special.
