UPDATED: AUG 22, 2021 Pours a slightly hazy dark amber from a can. Big malt, juicy syrup and pine aroma and flavor. Okay beer.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2021 Can. Peachy orange with a towering and staying head of beefy foam. The aroma is somewhat muted, but hints at fruit salad. Wow, this drinks with the as-advertised 'velvety malt body' for sure, thick to the touch, almost overpowering. Can't say I love lactose in IPAs, and this doesn't change my mind, but it is a robust kick in the butt. (#8017, 8/2021)

UPDATED: JUL 24, 2021 With Z, at Josh’s apt in NYC, can bought at Whole Foods, pours a dark gold color . Nose is hoppy bitter juicy citrus, with softer pine and resin. Taste is bittersweet hoppy citrus , with softer pine and resin. Finishes n the same tasting notes.

UPDATED: JUL 24, 2021 Can in NYC. Pours a golden orange with an off white head and hoppy aroma. Taste is hoppy up front, citrus and resin, bitter into the long finish.

UPDATED: JUL 19, 2021 16 ounce can from Trenton Road Takeout in Falsington, PA. Listed at 8.6% ABV. Hazy orange gold color. Large frothy beige head. Citrus hop aroma. Juicy, tropical fruit flavor has a sharp bitter presence. Some warming alcohol as well. Soft mouthfeel leads to a bitter bitter finish.

UPDATED: JUL 17, 2021 A bit of a bready aroma with some resin, pours a hazy gold color with lasting foamy head. Taste is resin with a light bitterness in the finish.

UPDATED: JUN 24, 2021 Can. Moderate grain for the malt, heavy pine and grapefruit peel for the hops, light soap for the yeast, with dried apricot in the background. Head is average sized, frothy turning creamy, slightly off-white, with excellent lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is hazy medium amber. Flavor starts lightly sweet and acidic, then the long finish is lightly sweet and moderately bitter. Palate is on the fuller side of medium, creamy, with a lively carbonation and a lightly astringent and alcoholic finish. Another righteous DIPA from Three Floyds...no surprise.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2021 Can shared by explosivedog: pretty clear with white head. Aroma is fruity, and I think I smell lactose, tangerine or something. Taste is sweet, lightly bitter, smooth. Tasty.

UPDATED: JUN 13, 2021 Can. Pours mostly clear bright gold. Grapefruit, lemon, floral, melon, sweet, light bitterness, nice honey malt finish. Decent body. Good.

UPDATED: JUN 9, 2021 Perfect golden pour w/ a beautiful 2 finger head & great lacing. The aroma has a good citrus scent. The flavor is a blend of hops. It’s slightly hoppy but balanced nicely by the sugary lactose. It’s really nice on the palate & overall a terrific brew!
