UPDATED: SEP 26, 2020 Pours clear gold with white head. Not much on the nose. Hoppy but mild bitterness, some citrus, lemon. Quite light, not overly distinctive but pleasant enough. Wouldn't hunt out to buy again but fine to drink a few on a warm evening.

UPDATED: JUL 1, 2020 Bright clear golden with a thick white foamy head. Bright biscuity cracker aroma that’s light and pale. Crisp light flavor that’s crackery and a little doughy and Germanic grassy. Mellow and crushable but a bit too crackery for me.

UPDATED: MAR 20, 2020 Can from Beer Republic. Grainy malty aroma with straw, grassy noble hops, soft hay. Flavour is medium bitter and lightly sweet. Body is medium. Solid Kölsch-style beer, grainy, bitter and grassy.

UPDATED: JAN 18, 2020 Keg at the Beavertown Extravaganza, day one, 08/09/17. A clear pale yellow coloured pour with a small white cap. Aroma is cereal, simple, strainghtforward stuff. Flavour is composed of simple cereal grains, light mineral, meh. Not much to it. Palate sis crisp, moderate carbonation. Light honey notes lingering.
