UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 From tap. A clear orange coloured beer with an off-white head. Aroma and flavour of malt, hops, bread, grass, bread and with a mild bitter finish.

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 500ml bottle. Minimally milky, amber colour with average to huge, thick, frothy to creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Slightly grainy, bready, malty and malty-spicy, minimally waxy aroma, hints of grey bread, a fruity touch of red berries. Taste is sweet-ish, bready, malty, malty spicy, slightly fruity hoppy, notes of grey bread, hints of red berries, a touch of caraway. Creamy texture, smooth and very soft, creamy palate, very fine and soft carbonation. Well crafted, nice spicy aspects - not bad.

Flavor is moderate sweet and lightbitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, cookie, biscuit malt, floral - grassy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. UPDATED: OCT 24, 2021 Draught @ MBCC, 2021. Pours golden copper with a white head. Biscuit and bread. Soft and delicate. Malty and dry. Crisp and grassy. How perfect a danish 'classic' could get with the proper treatment. Great amber lager. This brewey is still on my 'to do' list. Great.

UPDATED: SEP 19, 2021 Amber with a frothy, white head. Herbal aroma with a hint of caramel. Taste is mildly grassy bitter. Bread and butter undertones. Slightly clay-like consistency, and rising caramel. Dankness. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Pleasant.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2021 Fresh bottle, danke Gregor! Hazy dep golden, eggshell lacing foamy head. Citric, Sencha and fresh grassy hop aromatics. Lightly smoky malt base, dry minerals, hay. Grassy light herbal bittering hops, some salt, hay. Pleasant moreish finish.

UPDATED: APR 18, 2021 Bottle 0.5l from rauchbierlover. Thanks Paolo. 15.4.2021. Pour it dark golden color with medium white head. Aroma nice herbal, crisp, bready and straw. Taste pretty much the same as aroma, herbal, straw, crispy, smooth, easy drinkable, really nice.
