Big sour lambic smells of vinegar and yeast. Nice toothy sour apple and wine vinegar flavors with a hint of barnyard and a wonderful tangy finish. Good gueuze.

Bardzo rześkie ale jednak przede wszystkim 'dzikie'. Bardzo ładna, jasno pomarańczowa barwa i niewielka piana oraz lacing. W smaku bardzo rześkie, mocno dzikie i też mocno owocowe, gładkie, dość pełne, bardzo żywe. Na początku dzikie nuty i dużo kwaskowych owoców, finisz mocno wytrawny, nieco winny, cytrusowy. Bardzo długo zostaje na podniebieniu. Bardzo intensywne i interesujące piwo.
