COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This is a higher abv version of the Gueuze Tilquin à l’Ancienne containing the blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old lambics aged in oak barrels. Due to over-carbonation, the beer underwent a second barrel aging process before being bottled a second time. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, this beer is refermented in the bottle.

Limited release.

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2020 Bottle, by way of a trade, ages ago. Mostly clear, pale copper colour. Ring of dense white foam. One of those that’s hard to describe properly. Leather. Vinegar. Sherry. Wisp of coconut, weirdly. Wisp of chocolate. This is mad. Taste is tart and semi bitter. Clean and bright on the palate. Minimal acidity. Fine carbonation. Finish has lingering leathery shizzleness. Fantastic.

UPDATED: AUG 12, 2020 Many Thanks for this Oude Gueuze To tderoeck. Vintage 2011 / Bottlet on 2013. Half champagne bottle. Alez odjazdowo czaderski Lambic. Mocno metny barwy ciemno zlotej do jasnego bursztynu, spora piana, ale poczatkowo, szybko sie redukuje niemal do zera. Pachnie stajnia, skorzanym starym fotelem, damska torebka. W smaku cala paleta docnan od pieczonych czy smazonych jablek, morele pigwowa kwasnosc, gruszka gotowana, tarta alzacka, nieco szarlotki z antonowek, wytrawnosc, tanicznosc, dzikosc i pelno nud debowych, Beczka dala tu popalic, Lambic ten ma naprawde sporo ciala, a posmak kwasno owocowy jest bardzo dlugi, niczym squirting Adranny Checkin. Nic tylko wachac, smakowac i popijac dobra jagniecine.
