UPDATED: JUL 5, 2021 Pours hazy bright golden with a one finger, white head. Aroma is caramel, Belgian yeast, citrus and earthy notes. Taste is rich caramel, moving to lemon and Belgian yeast. Finish is a match of the taste.

Light citrusy body with lime, earth, mushroom, wet forest wood, hay, books, leather. Light and bubbly, almost spritzy in feel. Dry and crisp. Wow. I want gallons of this. Amazing. UPDATED: SEP 15, 2020 Keg at Kardinal Hall, 9.15.20. Hazy yellow, thin creamy white head good retention. Aroma of funk, lemon, not much else. Taste is white grape, lemon, funk. Medium bodied, bright, lingering tartness.

UPDATED: JUL 28, 2019 32 oz. growler filled at the source. Bold citrus aromatics. Flavor has plenty of fresh citrus up front. Mild wood, slight brett character. Slight citrus peel, fresh. Light dry texture. Exceptionally well-made table beer. I consumed the entire growler myself and did not feel bad about it!

UPDATED: JUN 23, 2019 50cl bottle pours a crystal clear, lemon yellow with some frothy, white head. Lemony nose, briny too, cheese cloth, pale grist, lemon balm. Flavor has lemon and white grapefruit, oyster brine, light grist, sun tea. Finishes dry and tart. Austere but good.
