Draft at RnH West. Murky yellowish gold. White head coats the outside of the glass. Aroma of citrus, grapefruit, funk, and wheat. Tastes of sour wheat, funk, and tart fruit. More sour than I expected. Develops a lot of flavor, I might even say a surprising amount. Nice beer.

Draft at Memphis Taproom in Philly. Pours a hazy golden color and topped by a small layer of off white foam that shows good retention and slowly settles to a thin film. Nice sheets of lace coat the glass. The aroma shows notes of tart lemon, lemon zest, farmhouse style yeast, crisp lactic wheat, a dash of salt, and some soft oak. The flavor follows with the crisp wheat, funk, pepper, lemon and grass with a touch of salt and some oak laden vanilla on the back end. The saison yeast ties everything together nicely and gives it a nice earthy character. Medium bodied with balanced carbonation that leads to a lengthy and dry finish. Really nice and rustic style saison. Looking forward to trying more from these guys.

Poured a light golden hazy yellow with aromas of grass hay, light salt and some feint mysk. Flavors are the same light on the palate with with nice saltiness and musk with some wheat this is solid stuff.
