Sabor a bourbon, café, vainilla, regaliz, cacao, madera, fruta tropical. Cuerpo medio, suave, alcohol bien oculto, barrica presente, predomina el bourbon sobre el café, algo dulce, cálida, bastante rica.

UPDATED: OCT 16, 2021 Aus der Flasche (Vintage 2021) im 2021-10 getrunken. Dieses Imperial Stout mit brauner Schaumkrone hat neben einem Mokka-Aroma, deutliches Bourbonaroma und leichte Liebstöckelnote. Am Gaumen hält eine leichte Süße die bitteren Röstaromen sehr gut unter Kontrolle und Aromen von dunkler Schokolade und Mokka werden sehr gut abgerundet. Am Gaumen hat dieses kräftige Stout ein wunderbar cremiges Mundgefühl und der hohe Alkoholgehalt ist richtig gut eingebunden.

Pours black with a light tan head. Boozy in the mouth, listening to Switzerland v Spain Euros, drinking it too fast. Lots of coffee, thick, malty this is a beast of a beer.

UPDATED: MAY 31, 2021 375ml bottle. Poured black in color with a thin off white head. Delicious aroma of mocha and coffee, hint of vanilla and roastedness. Rounded bourbon barrel notes lingers, finishes sweet.A really tasty IS with good barrel result.

Very roasted malty and coffee-infused aroma, dark chocolate and cocoa, subtle hop notes, bourbon on the background. Flavor is bitter and roasted malty, coffee aids with the bitterness as well, dark chocolate, lots of licorice, bourbon-y vanilla is subtle, faint dark berry notes on the aftertaste. Alcohol well hidden, a really tasty coffee IS.
