COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The summer of 2019 marked our first collaboration with the barrel-aging legends at Central Waters Brewing Company. In true collaborative spirit, we combined elements unique to each of us, including the opportunity to source bourbon barrels that held B&E’s Trees maple syrup for 15 months. We knew a collaboration project of this magnitude called for it to be brewed at both facilities. For us, the road to Amherst; for them, the road to Decorah. An overnight boil, no adjuncts, and unique casks were the guiding triumvirate for this project. Over two years later and the road fully forged, we invite you to join in the celebration and culmination of this collaboration.

AWISLguy (5965) - Wisconsin, USA - DEC 30, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2021 On tap at Champps in Brookfield - the WI Toppling headquarters! Very dark pour. Aroma has a barrel lead, with depth. Also sweet malts, maple, some chocolate. Taste is excellent. Super balanced. Barrel, maple, sweet malts, yet really balanced. Must be so much roast it doesn't actually lean sweet. Full bodied. ABV seems non-existent. Solidly deep and nicely thick. Very well balanced and smooth. Holy cow - phenomenal. 17.9

UPDATED: DEC 21, 2021 Bomber at share. Inky black pour with a thin brown head, fading to ring. Boozy, sweet roasty aroma leads into flavors of chocolate, coffee, caramel and bourbon. A big beastly sipper.
