Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear golden color. Aroma is fresh fruity, sour apples, grass, apple cores, sorrel, apple peel, citrus, hay, hints of dried apples. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, apple peel, unripe sour apples, hay, grass, citrus, bark. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice enough.

UPDATED: NOV 12, 2020 750 ml corked & caged clear bottle, produced 2019, a donation from Holmen2, thanks! ABV is 6.5%. Crystal clear and pale golden colour, pours sparkling with a shortlived white head. Aroma of apple peel / apple kernels. Moderate carbonation in the mouth. Crisp and slightly dry flavour, notes of slightly acidic eating apples (Aroma, Gravenstein and Discovery), hints of cider apples (but only eating apples are used), oak and sulphites. Nice to drink, also good with food.

Holmen1 (11088) - Stavanger, NORWAY - AUG 19, 2020
Lite aroma men fin eplesmak. Litt bitter i avslutningen.

FoamForever20 (1148) - STAVANGER, NORWAY - AUG 16, 2020
UPDATED: AUG 16, 2020 Pale golden, light sparkling. Not so much apple aroma, a little watery taste. Acidic, but light bodied. Probably good with food, on it’s own it’s a little too slim.
