What happens when you have time too much time on your hands driving home from Calgary in the winter? You come up with beers like White Wedding! Combining two “out there” styles the White Stout and the Pastry Stout while throwing an entire wedding cake into the Mash. It may look light but the flavours of this are straight out of a roasty stout with residual sugars. Coffee, Chocolate, Icing Sugar are all the flavours in this unlikely collision of two worlds.

UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 Coffee, caramel, vanilla and chocolate aroma. Dark amber with thin head. Strong coffee, vanilla icing and toffee flavors. Notes of toffee and cinnamon. Interesting but definetly not a beer for everyone.
UPDATED: OCT 7, 2019 Absolutely delicious. Sweet taste and aroma identical to traditional stout. Smooth finish and light. Definitely a beer for enjoying on a patio. Definitely one of my favorites!

Draft - Coffee and Cream. Cloudy gold with a small white head. Sweetness and some dusty notes with coffee and a long dusty finish. Weird.
