A rich and complex malt bill brings chocolate ice cream richness with a whole bunch of toppings scattered atop this delectable sundae stout. Foamy bananas, sweet coconut and marshmallows drizzled in sticky chocolate sauce. Our richest stout to date and an appropriately huge beer to celebrate some amazing achievements over the past 7 years. Trolleo (6614) - Manchester, Greater Manchester, ENGLAND - JAN 10, 2022
UPDATED: JAN 10, 2022 Chocolate ice cream and cocoa powder mostly even though marshmallow is noticeable, light coconut and very little to no banana. Color is pitch black, no head. Coconut, cocoa and roasted malt in front, very little banana and maple, big dark chocolate. Medium body, soft carbonation, I would expect more thickness. Incredibly drinkable for 12.5%.

planky84 (6605) - Lee, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 3, 2022
UPDATED: JAN 3, 2022 Can from the Track Brewery online store. Black pour with a light brown head. Nose is dark roast coffee, banana, maple, coconut, dark chocolate, cinnamon. Taste is dark chocolate, dark roast coffee, banana ice cream, maple, coconut, cocoa. Roasty gullet warming finish. Lovely!

LazyPyro (6007) - Cheltenham, Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - DEC 30, 2021
UPDATED: DEC 30, 2021 440ml can. Pours pitch black with a thin tan head. Aroma is an amalgam of chocolate, maple, vanilla, coconut, banana. The taste too features pretty much all 9 adjuncts if you look for them, very rich, predominantly chocolatey with large swathes of maple and vanilla, coconut, cinnamon spice and hints of banana if you look for it, sweet and spicy, boozy finish. Full bodied, thick. Happy 7th birthday, Track.
