UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 On tap at The Beer Cellar-Glen Ellyn, IL. as a 9 oz. serving dispensed to a house snifter showing a lightly hazed, orangey/gold color, a presentable layer of soft white froth that reduced to a persistent ring & film, with clinging spray that morphed into thick ribbons of lacing. The nose was dank, citrus, more expressive soft pit fruit, and maybe a bit of tropical flair. Medium bodied, the taste was similar notes, with lively carbonation, citrus, rind, & resin bitterness, and a bit of dryness to the finish. Even keeled drinkability.
