UPDATED: JAN 9, 2022 Bottled 330ml. -from Vrutak Zagreb. Hazy yellow/orange coloured, medium sized white head, lively carbonation, yeast, coriander and light citrusy nose. Yeasty, fruity, spicy and notes of coriander with rather strong carbonation.

UPDATED: JAN 7, 2022 Mistig blond bier met voldoende koolzuur. Geur mout, bloesem, citrus. Smaak mout, peer, bloesem, citrus, vanille, kruidig. Medium vol, wat droog mondgevoel. Nasmaak bitterzoet, beetje hars. Goed gezelschap.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2022 0,33l bottle from Alko. BBE 16.03.2023. Slightly hazy light golden beer with medium, quite quickly vanishing head with small amount staying on top of Rochefort glass. Quite much yeast particles floating around. Aroma has floral notes, spices, yeast and fruits. Some citrus, apple and pear. Flavor has pear and apple too with spices, pepper, herbs and some yeast. Medium+ body, earthy and surprisingly dry ending. Good tripel.

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2021 Bottle from CroCraft & More. Misty yellow body, huge thick white/off-white head. The aroma is pungent - citric-tart, coriander I guess, quite flowery, yeasty, honey, ends up very spicy, fairly herbal. Nice, but some oxidation popped in. Smooth taste, creamy, grapefruity touches, pleasant carbonation, light fruity undertones, vaguely dusty, flowery, very lightly herba, very much tasty. Nice stuff, about what I would expect from this brewery.

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2021 Last beer in 2021! 33 cl bottle poured into a Trappist glass. Slightly hazy golden amber colour with a white cap on top. Sweet aroma with bitter orange, yeasts giving banana and pears. Taste is light sweet. Full bodied with a lively carbonation. Drying fruity bitter finish. Textbook Triple.

UPDATED: DEC 19, 2021 Robe blonde dorée couleur abricot avec une fine mousse blanche abondante Senteurs de zestes d'oranges, caramel, pain d'épices et croissant Mise en Bouche puissante sur le caramel, le houblon, le miel et la fleur d'oranger. Belles touches finales : un savant mélange de rondeur et d'amertume sèche On retrouve des arômes de fruits mûrs (pruneaux, pêche, melon) et de fruits à coque (noix et noisettes) ainsi que des céréales, de la coriandre, du poivre et des touches de réglisse. Une belle rondeur et une bel assemblage de saveurs qui en font une triple très bien équilibrée et rassurante. Une nouvelle dans la gamme Trappistes Rochefort qui démontre qu'elle a un beau caractère et de savants atouts pour s'immiscer dans cette gamme prestigieuse qui en fait une 4ème référence de choix pour les amateurs de bière. Bravo pour ce petit bijou !!
