COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This new version of our signature American pale ale is dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin hops. Enticingly hazy and blonde in appearance, the nose erupts with aromatics of lime zest, grape jam, and white peach. Flavors of tart citrus, white grape juice and stonefruit permeate the palate, balanced by a soft mouthfeel and dry finish.

MALT: American 2-row Barley, White Wheat, C-15, Dextrine
HOPS: Nelson Sauvin, Columbus, Centennial

UPDATED: OCT 3, 2021 Murky amber tan with a huge foamy white head that lingered and left great lacing. Dryish, fruity and citric with minimal bitterness. Medium finish and body.

UPDATED: SEP 11, 2021 Can. Pours cloudy yellow orange, small white head, decent lacing. Aroma is a bit tropical, dank, passionfruit, pot, hint of green onion. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter. Not harsh. Merlin body.

Can thanks to Kristy. Pours a cloudy orange with medium frothy white head. The aroma is strong tropical fruit and pine. Slick body, juicy, melon, pineapple, grass, lingering bitterness, very nice.

Can shared at Andrew's with Paul and Brendan. Pours a hazy orange body with thick white lace. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with notes of sugary hop, citrus, grapefruit, melon and nice Nelson hop character.

Pours an unclear light orange with a lasting film of foam. Aroma has cantaloupe and white sweet grapes and some slight yeast. Taste is yeasty, mineral, clayish. Some sweetness and malty undertones.
