UPDATED: FEB 1, 2019 Cask at the Scolt Head, London. Murky brown. Biscuity and malty. Gluggable towards the end. Okay bitter.

Tap at The Duke of Sussex, Chiswick. Pours clear amber-golden body with white head. Taste is bitter malts with bready notes and caramel. Fairly dry. Good bitter but very similar to their Lazarus.

Cask at the picture house... Copper.. Small tan head.. Soft sweet toffee fruit nose.. Light caramel toffee fruit malt

Cask at the picture house. Pours clear amber, nose is toffee, floral, musty toffee, taste is harsh toffee, grassy, some caramel.

Tap @ Crosse Keys, London. Nice head with good duration. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are little butter, caramel, fruits, flowers and malt. Sweet buttery finish.

UPDATED: FEB 1, 2018 Cask in Waterend Barn in St Albans. Dark amber colour, small head, pretty lacing. Aroma is caramel, spices, straw. Light bitterness, light sweetness. Light body. Original, good.

UPDATED: JAN 25, 2018 Amber ale. wheat, rye, hint of single malt scotch, lingering bitterness. a decent session ale

Sweet with a grain finish. Lacks the roundness if a good best bitter. Nevertheless decent.

Cask pint at the Coronation Hall, Surbiton. Pours mid brown with a white head. Aroma of malt and caramel. Sweet taste. Mild bitter finish.

Gravity cask at Andrew and Rachel’s wedding in Oxford. Quite dark, copper brown with clearish edge. Lingering foam head, dark off white. Great character, bitter copper grain and warm wood. Smooth, delicious Ale. Not terribly special but this is delicious, and a solid and enjoyable drinker.
