Light unclear light yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, wheat, moderate yeasty, tart, plastic - burnt plastic, sharp, soapy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light light acidic with a average duration, tart, plastic. sweet malt, wheat, yeast, sharp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20180511]

On tap at Hops & Pie. Light golden/yellow colored appearance with a mild haze and a thin white head. Aroma of farmhouse yeast, sour funk, light citrus and light grains. Similar flavor, adding mild to moderate acidity and light sweetness. Light body with a watery feel and a tart finish. Good.

Bottle @ Steve0’s house. Thanks! Lemon, light Parmesan cheese, vanilla in the nose. Flavour is delicious. Lots of funk, cheese, oak, and vanilla. Lightly tart. Horse blanket. A little soapy. Nice!

Tap@MBCC 2018 Yellow Session, Copenhagen - yellow coloured pour with a white head. Light tart fruity with notes of lemon, some apricot, straw, funky bretty notes, yeasty touch, grass, medium to light body, touch of citric spice into the hoppy and tart fruity close.

Keg at MBCC 2018 Yellow (session Juan), 11/05/18. Pale golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is lIght funk, citric pissoi, green berry must. Taste comprises on the turn melon, damp cloth, lemon rind, green berry funk, grains. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a light pucker. Decent enough easy drinking sour.
