UPDATED: OCT 31, 2021 Black body with a medium sized, foamy and rather persistent beige head. Aroma is roasty, malty with a soft spicy hops touch. Taste is roasty, mineral, with a decent but not dominating hoppy note. As the beer warms, it releases licorice and black currant notes. Long roasty and mineral finish. Medium body, moderate to lively carbonation, thin to oily texture.

UPDATED: SEP 2, 2021 Black with thick and stable beige head. Malty aroma with notes of coffee, farkut chocolate and a not roastiness. Taste is mild and follows the aroma. Sweetish malty flavors, some chocolate and coffee. Finishes with moderate touch of bitterness. A must when visiting Prague.

Trwala niczym jak fryzura zrobiona panny mlodej na wesele. Ciemna gesta barwa, zero przeswitu, zapach prazonych orzechow, W smaku prazone palone slody jeczmienne, zdecydowanie wytrawne i gozkie piwo, niska zawartosc alkoholu, ale ciezkawe nieco w moim odbiorze, mimo wstepnej delikatnosci smakowej na samym poczatku. Zadko sie zdarza bym tak wysoko ocenil piwo dolnej fermentacji, ale te wrazenia zapamietam dlugo. Te perelke przywieziona z Pragi zostawilem sobie na sam koniec i bylo warto. Dodatkowo genialnie podkreslalo smak kruliczej watrobki z zorawina.

UPDATED: OCT 28, 2019 Pours a deep brown on tap with fluffy tan foam that dissipates slowly to leave moderate lace. Aroma of mild roast and chocolate with a clean earthy hop note and lager yeast underneath. Taste follows, the best dunkel I think I have ever had in my life. Great body without being too sweet or burnt acrid flavors, really well done.

Full bodied, dry, full of roasted malt, with good hoppy bitterness. 8-4-8-4-17 = *4,1 Edit 8/2021: Nice roasty and herbal aroma. Dark brown body, persistant lacing of-white head.
