Aroma: bit malty, not very pronounced, bit floral. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: bit sweet, bitter, bit resinous, very fruity, nice, lots of grapefruit, bit sugary. Aftertaste: hoppy, dry, little sticky, pretty malty, sweet grapefruit, little metallic.

UPDATED: JAN 12, 2020 (Draught at Uiltje Craft Beer Bar, Haarlem, 29 Aug 2019) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity nose with citrus, grapefruit and citrus peel. Fruity taste with notes of citrus, grapefruit, lemon peel and a mild citric bitterness. Almost full body, with a touch of sweetness. Fairly one-dimensional, but tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

UPDATED: NOV 16, 2019 Złote, zamglone, ze średnią, grubą pianą. W zapachu grejpfrut i żywica. W smaku półwytrawne, intensywnie grejpfrutowe, ale i wodniste. Spora, nieco tempa goryczka, średnie, drobne wysycenie, zero alko. No cóż, tylko ok.

UPDATED: SEP 28, 2019 Hazy golden but not too hazy. White head, two fingers, decent retention. Soft carbonation visually. Texture between watery and oily with soft fizz. Aroma is candied fruits -maybe grapefruit candy but only maybe...-, stale hops, fermented peach, hints of caramel, hints of green tea. Taste is the same adding soft pine. Doesn't feel too fresh. Almost sweet with soft bitterness at the end. Candied fruits in aftertaste. At least the alcohol is well integrated. Sorry but this is a bit dull. It's not bad per se but Uiltje were one of the best breweries in Europe and now they aren't anymore -and it hurts-.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2019 Can. Orange golden pour. Aroma of citrus, orange, grapefruit candy, biscuity malt and garlicy hop. Taste has grapefruit candy, solid biscuity malt body, orange, citrus and onion hops. Nice beer, Uiltje can do this well.

UPDATED: SEP 23, 2019 Draught @ Uiltje Bar Aroma os sweet with caramel and resin. Flavour is sweet with resin, caramel and tropical fruits. A classic WC IPA on the sweet side.
