UPDATED: OCT 23, 2021 Overduidelijk draadje naar de kerst editie fuck de kerstboom staat in fik van dezelfde brouwer. Of is het juist andersom. Tropisch fruitige Ale met een gemiddelde tot zachte licht zoete bitter. Redelijk fruitig beetje droog mondgevoel met een hopje wat plezierig blijft hangen. Wazig geel met witte schuimkraag. Ook al stijgt deze Wheat Ale/Pale Ale niet boven de middenmoot uit. Ik zeg toch F*ck de Caravan mag blijven fikken. Richting de Middellandse zee zijn er sowieso minder bieren te vinden die beter als deze scoren. Nederland doet het goed met brouwen :-) en dan hou ik in ieder geval het goede vakantiegevoel vast. UPDATED: JUN 28, 2021 20 June 2021. At Uiltje Taproom, Haarlem. Shared with the lovely Anke! Tap. Clear golden, small, foamy, white head. Aroma of orange, lime, apple, wheat, mango, soap. Taste has sweet orange, mango & apple, sourish wheat, zesty lime; bitter floral hops in the finish, citrus peel, vague grapefruit, tad soapy. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Cool, but expected a bit more from tap.

UPDATED: JUN 19, 2021 Blond colour with light haze and thin head. Lots of grainy sweetness followed by a fresh hop bite. Perfect summer beer.

UPDATED: MAY 28, 2021 Redelijk helder geel bier met schuim wat snel wegzakt. Smaak is bitter hoppig en licht fruitig met iets van hars, wat citrus en een vleug passievrucht. Fijn biertje wat makkelijk weg drinkt.

UPDATED: AUG 9, 2020 Can 33cl. Almost clear golden with a white head. Aroma is plenty of tropical fruit. Soft taste and the Mosaic does it’s magic: great taste, fruity, summer, you name it. Little bitterness, but present. Could easily be a summer favorite.

UPDATED: JUL 16, 2020 Can, haven't had this in a while. Pours somewhat hazy yellow, nice head, quite decent retention. Aroma is hoppy, very floral, lovely ester profile but not too much banana. Medium body. Flavour is sweet, lightly malty, wheat, smooth. Very hoppy, lots of citrus, especially lemon and grapefruit, pine, herbal. Very nice. Super drinkable, lovely hops profile.
