UPDATED: JUN 19, 2021 Originally had this at borefts, now at our replacement borefts! Still very much like in 2018, like a very hoppy and bitter barley wine. Awesome stuff and so amazingly drinkable.

UPDATED: DEC 11, 2019 Bottle in 2018. Fruity hops, thick body, liqueur-like, very sweet but also bitter, noble alcohol, light honey. A tasty beer liqueur.

Unclear medium orange colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, rich malt, heavy hoppy, pine, spruce, resin, hop oil, citrus, orange, alcohol. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, hop oil, resin, alcohol. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light alcoholic. [20180921]

Keg at Borefts2018 Friday... Haz amber... Thin white lacing... Soft cheese.. No big cheese nose.. Massive oily cheesy hop

Keg at borefts. Pours orange, nose is caramel, pine, toffee, taste is similar, quite boozy.

Tap. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is pineapple, sweaty. Taste is pineapple, a bit artificial, soapy, syrupy. Silky mouthfeel with low carbonation. Not great, but it hides the ABV well!

Borefts 2018. Pours a hazy amber with light head. Aromas of peaches and tropical fruit with a wallop of doughy malts. Intense fruity hop flavors: dull citrus, ripe mangos, stoned fruit, marmalade all on a huge doughy malt base. Definely covees the ABV but still a sipper

UPDATED: JAN 10, 2021 Sterkste biertje ooit voor mij en je proeft de alcohol nagenoeg bijna niet behalve dat het een warm gevoel van binnen geeft. Kuddoo’s hiervoor is slecht licht alcoholische en dat is knap.Blijft bijzonder zoet hoppig fruitig naar citrus en zacht. Met dit biertje moet je echt geel goed op passen want je bent in no time dronken terwijl je denkt alsof je van een uitzonderlijk goeie IPA loopt te genieten. Kleur zwaar diffuus Amber kleurig met cremeklueorfe schuimkraag met niet teveel koolzuur of geen persoonlijke interesse want naar drie keer knipperen kan je de schuimbubbels bijna aan de rand tellen. Maar vreselijke spijt dat ik hem niet eerder gedronken heb. Heb hem al sinds vorig jaar in huis en is nog eindeloos houdbaar. Alleen weet nu wel onderhand de hop smaakt verdwijnt in maanden als je niet op past. Doet me zwaar aan aantal goeie (trippel IPA’s/Imperial IPA’s) TIPA’s denken. Proefglas

UPDATED: DEC 22, 2017 My treacherous faces-aroma alcohol and sweet candy sugar,pine syrup, citrus, marmalade.Taste is fairly sweet, medium bitter with a boozy finish Notes of alcohol, marmelade, strawberry jam, exotic fruit, caramel, candy sugar, orange zest. Texture is thick, full bodied with low carbonation.Decently malty body but not as thick as you would expect. Totally different from what I expected, a surprisingly mellow & pleasant IPA. Interesting brew, rather liked it & impressive.The cat went to the window sill?
