Nez classique de witbier où dominent les épices, orange et coriandre en équilibre. Bouche assez ample à la bulle très légère. Légère acidité du blé, arôme de grain, les épices sont claire mais pas trop dominante. L’agrume est présent et la coriandre est bien dosée. Base maltée douce en support. Légère, linéaire, finale épicée douce assez courte. Corpulence moyenne, carbonatation plutôt faible. Blanche classique bien équilibrée à la corpulence maltée acceptable.

That said, I think that this example of a witbier is getting blander as Sapporo's accountants look for ways to lower their costs. Technically, it's correct. Alright if drunk fresh, but don't buy remaindered cans.
