UPDATED: DEC 21, 2020 Blonde foncée surmontée d’un col de mousse blanche, tenue moyenne. Nez classique de witbier où dominent les épices, orange et coriandre en équilibre. Bouche assez ample à la bulle très légère. Légère acidité du blé, arôme de grain, les épices sont claire mais pas trop dominante. L’agrume est présent et la coriandre est bien dosée. Base maltée douce en support. Légère, linéaire, finale épicée douce assez courte. Corpulence moyenne, carbonatation plutôt faible. Blanche classique bien équilibrée à la corpulence maltée acceptable.

UPDATED: DEC 6, 2020 Bought a sample pack from Unibroue. Light yellow, hazy, white head. Smells and tastes like a Belgian White. Light, slight spice and citrus.

UPDATED: OCT 26, 2020 Robe orangée, limpide, scintillante, effervescence active. Fine mousse blanche temporaire. Arômes: Généreux, orange, abricot, coriandre, épices. Saveurs: doux et agréable équilibre avec des notes fruités et épicés en bouche et une fine et courte amertume en finale. Texture: svelte, gazeuse, souple. Note: bel accord avec les olives farcies à l'ail.

UPDATED: SEP 20, 2020 Not a huge fan of wheat beers, but boy howdy, this is a great change of pace when it comes to session brews. 5 abv and yet brimming with flavor. Also, we’ll above average regarding satisfying mouth feel. Great price as well on 4 pk of pint cans.

UPDATED: JUL 31, 2020 Note that I generally prefer southern German weizenbiers to Belgian witbiers. That said, I think that this example of a witbier is getting blander as Sapporo's accountants look for ways to lower their costs. Technically, it's correct. Alright if drunk fresh, but don't buy remaindered cans.

UPDATED: FEB 8, 2020 Can from Total Wine in Mountain View, CA. Aroma is floral, yeasty, light bread, spices. Taste is crisp, crackers, light citrus and floral sweetness. Very drinkable, not especially memorable.
