UPDATED: DEC 8, 2020 Cloudy light yellow color, nice white head. Not a lot of aroma. Taste is apple, orange, and wheat beer. Refreshing and well balanced.

UPDATED: DEC 5, 2019 Hazy bronze with a white head. Aroma is apple juice, wheat, and spices. Taste is medium sweet, light sour and light bitter.

UPDATED: JUL 27, 2019 Golden and slightly cloudy, sheet of persistent white head. Nose is apple candy (not that I can think of an apple-flavoured candy, can you?) Taste is dryer than I expected, with a fairly flat malt base with an implacable empire-ish apple flavour that wells up from mid-sip to long after the finish. Better to choose a good cider than this fella.

UPDATED: MAR 19, 2019 Pours a hazy yellow with a thick white head. Flavor was like a tart apple with a lot of carbonation. Very dry finish, but refreshing. This would be a good beer to have around the campfire.

UPDATED: MAR 3, 2019 bottle. Poured straw coloured with a skim white head. Sour apple aroma. Light bodied, tight carbonation, juicy mouthfeel. Grainy pale malts with green apple flavour, a hint yeasty.

Robe laiteuse, très belle carbo, grosses bulles rapide, mousse correcte mais se délite assez vite, reste un disque d'un demi centimètre. Nez acidulé, marqué sur la pomme. En bouche, l'attaque est fromentée, et dans un deuxième temps, les arômes de pomme ressortent, de manière très subtile, sans être sucrés. Très bien mené, équilibré, rafraîchissant et désaltérant, avec de vrais arômes de fruit sans tomber dans un soda sucré. Une réussite.

Pours hazy orange golden with a full, foamy off white head. Aroma is apple and bread. Taste is apple and light caramel, moving to breadiness and some light sour. Finish is wheat. A decent fruit beer.

Pours yellow golden and hazy with a pillowy 2 finger white head and an aroma of apple and yeast. Tastes of wheat and apple with a hint of wheat, banana and bubblegum in the finish. It’s light bodied with little carbonation. The sweetness from apples and Belgian yeast balance well with the wheat.
