UPDATED: OCT 17, 2021 Can poured a clear tarnished gold with a lasting creamy white head. Aromas of biscuit, peach, orange zest and a hint of earthiness. Palate was light bodied and crisp with a dry finish. Flavors of biscuit, citrus and light earthiness with a crisp dry lingering bitter finish.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2020 Great slightly hazy, yellowish- Carmel colored wheat IPA. Frothy long lasting head. The combo of azacca, green bullet and sorachi ace make this beer perfect.

UPDATED: MAY 15, 2019 I change of pace from all the hazy and juicy IPAs that I have been sampling lately. This one leans towards West Coast in style, with the cleaner and crisper pine notes vs the super dank focused hops. Unique trio of Green Bullet, Tropical Azacca, and Sorachi Ace. Grain bill of wheat instead of oats. Has a clearish light orange appearance. This one is growing on me and could be a steady seasonal.

Can Cloudy dark yellow with a white head. Light earthy, fruity hop aroma. Balanced bitterness and sweetness, but otherwise very bland

went to brewery on vacation because two different people I talked to said I should try Union Craft. This is in the Pacific Northwest, I had never heard of them before, but I figured 2 people out hear said they were good I gotta try. I found this beer good but nothing special.

ganache (6721) - New Jersey, USA - AUG 22, 2017
UPDATED: AUG 23, 2017 Personal rating #5959. Can from State Line. Nose of pale malt and wheat, touch of caramel and fainter earth; pour cloudy golden with a too-large off-white head. Taste strongest of wheat with medium-strong orange peel and perfume; some alcohol shown, full body is smooth more than it is crisp, weak caramel and a bit airy. There’s a little budding complexity from the hops (thankfully not a citrus bomb) but this loses my attention pretty quickly. [2017.08.22: 2.8]

I enjoyed this beer and hope that it was named after number 33. It surprised me when I tried it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Super crazy looking deep hazy golden and raw honey coloured body with two parts to the beer - a suspension from the top, about six centimetres down that looks like a tornado and is very hazy and the bottom, more crystal (still hazy) golden colour that has no clouds in it, all with a rather large, six centimetre tall soapy white head. Interesting looking and crazy at the same time. Aroma of crisp tropical fruits along with some yeast, wheat, pine and a rather large dose of herbal hoppiness. Light to Medium-bodied; Assertive grassy, tropical fruit and perfumey hop flavour with no real pungent bitterness, but a nice herbaceous finish and subdued wheat and yeast backbone that doesn’t show biscuits or earth at all, just a relatively easy-to-drink wheatiness. Aftertaste shows more of the hops than anything else, but some light malts and a smooth citrus flavour couple the herbal and grassy hops at the end. Overall, a nice, very easy-drinking IPA, especially for the ABV, this one goes down easily, has a good profile throughout and the crazy tornado haziness up top in the look make this worth trying to find, especially if you are/were an Orioles fan! I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Whole Foods in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 25-May-2017 for US$2,49 sampled at home in Washington on 11-August-2017.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a fairly clear golden amber with a medium sized white head. Soft citrus on the nose, a bit of fruit. Medium bodied, a bit of fruit, soft melon, a touch of citrus. Slow gentle bitterness to balance into a finish that has lingering gooseberry and melon with a hint of citrus.

Pours clear goldeb with a creamy medium white head. Aroma has fresh grass and citrusy notes. Flavor follows suit...very fresh and bright hoppiness...rindy/herbal bitterness. Mouthfeel is medium and silky with a dry rindy/herbal bitter finish that lingers to resinous. Baseball sucks anymore...but I did like Eddie Murray as a kid. Nice beer.
