COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
In PRIM we combined the sweet, juicy flavors of plums with the uniquely sweet and savory spice of cardamon to create a rich sour beer. Barrel-aged with our base sour ale, you can expect to find plum flavors with hints of grape coupled with a tart cardamon spice character. Light pinkish and yellow hues when poured, fruit and funk aromas, and layers of flavor and spice make this one of our most complex sours yet.

UPDATED: AUG 17, 2019 Bottle. Moderate hay for the malt, loght perfume for the hops, musty and dried leaves for the yeast, with berries, fresh plum, red wine vinegar and spice that apparently is cardamom. Head is average sized, frothy, off-white/pink. Color is muddy medium amber/lavender. Flavor starts moderately to heavily acidic and sour, then finishes moderately acidic, sour, and maybe a hint of sweetness. Palate is medium, slick, with a foamy feeling carbonation, and a tart finish. Excellent Wild Ale with nice additions of fruit and spice.
