Aroma of citrus, pale malts and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of tart citrus, herbal wheat and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a salty citrus aftertaste. Decent overall.

Medium body with smooth texture and soft carbonation. Good sour, salt and fruit flavor with a complex sweet & sour finish of medium duration. Interesting complex brew.

Pours a hazy gold color with a moderate white head that settles into a ring with some ropes and spots of lace. Notes of lemon and lime citrus, sourdough, salt, cracker, and apple. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a dry, tart mouthfeel. Decent gose. I’d like to see it be a little more dialed in. Re-Rate: And it is now more dialed in. Great. It’s got more body, tartness, and all-around flavor. Definitely has the house character, which has grown on me, and it drinks easy.
