UPDATED: JAN 11, 2022 Canned from a sampler in Florida. Hazy orange body, almost no head. The aroma has strawberry and the taste kiwi, salt and dried coriander.

UPDATED: DEC 31, 2021 Lemon, sour milk, malt, salt and straw aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with minimal head. Mildly sweet lemon-lime, wheat malt, lightly salty, and lightly bitter straw flavor. Good body. Nice solid Gose.

Sample at Grandview Digfest on 06/13/2015: The beer is a hazy gold color with a medium thin white head that burns away steadily. Stringy lacing. Aroma of citrus, pale malts and hops. Light-bodied with flavors of tart citrus, herbal wheat and doughy malt. The finish is fruity with a salty citrus aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft pour. Hazy copper color with a white head. The aroma is a touch salty, but more sour and fruity. Tastes sour and a little salty. Lighter body and medium carbonation.

Taster at source - nose is farmy. Palate cleanser and dry. Salty yes. Reminds me of Bürger.

UPDATED: JUN 22, 2015 Growler from Giant Eagle in Grandview: murky orange pour with slight off-white head. aroma of vinegar, funk, apple, light tart. tastes are peach, wheat, bready, nice mix of tart and salt. palate is light to medium with little spike of carbonation. love the salt levels. excited to try this new brewery. - 7.4

Draft sample. Poured a hazy golden color with an average white fizzy head that lasted with good lacing. Good aroma of wheat, salt and fruit. Medium body with smooth texture and soft carbonation. Good sour, salt and fruit flavor with a complex sweet & sour finish of medium duration. Interesting complex brew.

4-5 oz sample at the brewery. Pours a hazy golden color with a medium sized white head. The aroma and flavor have lemony citrus, light salty character, pale wheat malts, crackers, light additional fruit character, mild tart/sour notes, decent enough.

UPDATED: AUG 5, 2015 Draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold color with a moderate white head that settles into a ring with some ropes and spots of lace. Notes of lemon and lime citrus, sourdough, salt, cracker, and apple. Light-bodied, with moderate carbonation and a dry, tart mouthfeel. Decent gose. I’d like to see it be a little more dialed in. Re-Rate: And it is now more dialed in. Great. It’s got more body, tartness, and all-around flavor. Definitely has the house character, which has grown on me, and it drinks easy.

Draft to mini-snifter at UA. Looks solid; a very hazy brownish pineapple with white lacing. Smells solid too; pleasantly tart and salty. Tastes like it smells with a medium-bodied mouthfeel. Some wheat too. Enjoyable.
