UPDATED: FEB 2, 2019 A couple of 13 oz tulips poured on draft at Hop and Hound. Can not resist a delicious raspberry forward sour. Delicious. Well constructed. A bright cranberry red pour. Swirling active fizz head. This has a funk to it. Pretty even 3 way balance of sour fruit, funk, and a wine character. Tart grape, raspberry, and a lingering sour, jammy mixed berry finish. Late palate fresh fruit reminder. Carb is high. Cool constant. A pleasantly enjoyable sour. I'll never tire of Urbam Family's unique and impressive spur lineup.
