mcberko (34280) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - MAY 22, 2018500mL bottle, pours an opaque muddy diarrhea reddish brown with a tiny beige head - looks revolting. Aroma is almost all malts, with bready notes, light caramel, and sherry-like oxidation. Flavour is... how is this a double IPA? Notes of sherry-like oxidation, caramel, bready malts, brown sugar and medicinal, couch syrupy sweetness. Not sure how fresh this is, but the main Alko seemed content to sell it. Pretty atrocious stuff.
alusdievs (105) - LATVIA - APR 11, 2018From bottle. Heavy bitterness and alco aftertaste. Without tap. Hazy cloudy. Yeast in bottom.

Aukedebier (76) - KAUTTUA, FINLAND - MAR 13, 20170,5L Bottle from local Alko liquor store. Pours nice deep golden, amber colored beer with slightly off white head. Nose; citric, herbal, malts and some yeast. Reminds me of the La chouffe Houblon. Taste; dried, dark fruits, citrus fruits in the hops. Well balanced with the sweetness of the malts. A bit of toffee. Very nice body and long lasting aftertaste. A price winning beer to me.
