6/03/2010: Valley Brewing IPA... Aroma: Floral, earthy, hint of pine. Appearance: Dull coppery-gold color;; puffy beige to ivory-colroed head; slow carbonation. Flavor: Thin toffee and caramel maltiness; floral hoppiness; hints of pineapple; average level of bitterness for the style. Palate: Medium-bodied; soft. Overall: Solid IPA.

Slightly cloudy copper coloured body with a small tan head atop. Aroma of grapefruit, citrus and fresh hops. Medium-bodied; Nice relatively mild flavour with fresh hops and lighter malt noticeable. Good bitter finish with a nice hoppy taste, but not too strong at all. Overall, a decent IPA, not too strong, but good to try! I sampled this pint on draught at Toronado in San Francisco, California on 28-June-2010.

Hazy dark amber beer. Lively frothy head that dies away quickly. Smooth palate, a little dry. Fresh! Nice mix of marmalade orange and grapefruit hops with sweet and bitter notes. Fresh minerals and a trace of aniseed. Nothing shouty about this IPA but it seduces with it’s well joined up freshness.

Slightly orange red body with a non-existent head. Very smooth aroma, lightly spicy. Outstanding taste, hop accents are perfectly balanced with a nice sweet bit. Ending is spicy, yet still smooth. Very tasty.

22oz bottle from footbalm. Pours a clear golden brown with a medium fluffy white head. The aroma is the classic combination I expect from a west coast IPA: fruity, citrus hops with a nice floral quality and mild sweet caramel. The flavor has a light malt backbone with crisp citrus, mild fruits, mild earthy notes that create a moderate bitterness that lingers through the finish. Very drinkable.

A hazy amber beer with an orangey head. The aroma has notes of spices, citrus fruits, and alfa acids. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, spices, leading to a very bitter finish where notes of Amarillo hops lingers.

Bottle says "West Coast Style IPA". I think this is the one. Thanks to Wavers1 for the bottle. Pours clear orange amber. Nose and taste of pineapple, hops and caramel malts. Pine finish.

Pineapple guava aroma, effervescent gold, long sustained white fluffy head. Aggressively hopped, quickly bitter, tropical citrus. Divine.

On Draft at Valley Brew Co. 8/15. I was quite surprised, as this was a very fine IPA. Glad I went with the Pitcher over the Pint! Very aromatic, crisp piney flavored IPA. Little sweetness, and just the right amount of bittering Hops. I would definitely recommend this brew!! Peace Hombres
