UPDATED: DEC 31, 2021 Refrigerated 11.2 oz brown squat bottle poured into a weizen glass. Clear golden with big white head. Aroma is wheat esters, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is wheat esters and a little spice.

Slightly cloudy golden colour, big foamy head and lace. Citrusy dish cleanser aroma. Light-bodied. Soapy coriander flavour, some banana. Very perfumic Wit.

UPDATED: NOV 6, 2021 Alone at home. Hazy blond colored beer with small white head and lots of carbonation. Citrus fruited spiced aroma. Full sparkling palate. Finish is sweet spiced dry.

UPDATED: OCT 3, 2021 At Baptist, Wondelgem. Clear yellow, small, frothy, white head. Aroma of lemon, wheat, air freshener, coriander, banana candy, soap (lavender!). Taste has sweetish apple, plum & banana, sugary, doughy, with coriander & wheat creating a messy, soapy whole in the back, further 'enhanced' by spicy coriander. Floral hoppy finish, still very wheaty & soapy and even leaning towards sweet 'wort'. Medium body, slick texture, average carbonation. Stylewise not as bad as the Baptist IPA (which is not an IPA at all) but hard to swallow as a Witbier in itself.

UPDATED: SEP 5, 2021 (bottle 0,33l from Pivní Mozaika) Overall: Good, refreshing. A lot of coriander. Aroma: Coriander, lemon zest. Appearance: Hazy yellow. Huge white head. Taste: Light sweet, spicy, coriander, lemon. Palate: Light-medium body. Light spicy, light dry finish.

UPDATED: APR 24, 2021 Golden body with white head. Light wheat and orange aroma. Sweet grain taste with a thin finish.

UPDATED: MAR 25, 2021 Bottle 33cl a cloudy golden beer with good head and retention. Nose on orange and candied quince. Aroma on the same, medium sweet, bit oxydated touch, spices like cardamom, ok wheat beer.

UPDATED: JAN 12, 2021 Thanks Luigi for this bottle that it is coming from le Belge, at the Leman Centre, Crissier. The body is yellow and clear, troubled, normal carbonation, sparkling, thin and white foam. A classical Belgian wit, this one is rather dry and mineral, wheat, malt, side of coriander, orange peel, normal hop, simple and refreshing.
