COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Kameradski Balsamico is a hybrid of Russian Imperial Stout and Oud Bruin. Opposite attract. This sweet sour marriage combines the viscosity and robustness of a Russian Imperial Stout with the winy delicacy of Italian Balsamic Vinegar. Tasting this beer is like a Soviet bombardment on your senses that throws you from Moscow to Modena and back, to find balance somewhere in the mddle. The aroma reveals chocolate, raisins and Syrup de Liège, with a sense of port wine. The thick, sweet start creates the expectations of an antitussive that pampers the throat. The tantalizing sourness when you swallow, though, crushes that expectation immediately, so you have to start all over again. Comrades, unite and drink this oil of brotherhood!

UPDATED: JAN 10, 2022 Darkest brown. Aroma is definitely balsamico red wine raisin cherry malty denseness rose light booze. Taste is strong sweet and sour balsamico with some caramel. Later some very intense mint/toothpaste and a very unforgiving sourness that bombards my senses. Finish of balsamico caramel and toothpaste with harsh sourness and some boozy notes. It started all so well and complex... and then it's almost undrinkable. What a shame. Still not regretting anything.

UPDATED: JAN 6, 2022 alez hybryda. Matko swieta chce mi sie krzyczec, ilez tu sie dzieje w kazdych zmyslach. wyglad, ciemno brazowa gesta barwa do czarnej. piana piekna 2 fazowa od ciemno brazowej do bezowej gornej partii, opada szybko no trudno ale uwypukla za to aromat ktory bucha niczym para z parowozu. Mamy tu istny koktajl w nosie. Sa to pierniki, ocet winny, wino wzmacniane, kawa, pumpernikiel, miod gryczany, trufle belgijskie, ocet balsamiczny i sos barbeque. W smaku praktycznie to samo, dochodza jeszcze karmelowe holenderskie ciastka i sos sojowy. A gdzie tu alko, nie mam pojecia. Niesamowita wspolpraca skrajnych smakow slodkich i kwasnych, alko ukryte genialnie. pyszne po prostu esencja i rozkosz smakowania i delektowania sie. Pairing with AOP Basque cheese Ossau-Iraty

dorain (1930) - Berlin, GERMANY - DEC 21, 2021

UPDATED: OCT 9, 2021 Pours very dark brown, near black with a beige head that quickly dissipates to leave a thin line. Complex aroma of roasted malt, dark fruits, balsamic vinegar. Interesting balance of flavours black cherries and rich malt with some sourness and that hint of balsamic. Vinous mouthfeel. Good stuff.
