UriahHeep (311) - Georgia, USA - JUL 12, 2021
UPDATED: JUL 12, 2021 Straw yellow pour. Good carbonation. Sudsy white head. Aromatic notes of corn, sea salt, citrus and skunky hops. Very fresh grassy and floral character. A robust bitterness upfront. Refined hop selection adds a unique quality to this brew. Highly drinkable and refreshing. The malt profile, key to any good pilsner, is also solid. Nice caramel notes keep this one centered. Overall, quite a delicious and sessionable beer.

tmoreau (7963) - Lombard, Illinois, USA - MAR 18, 2021
UPDATED: MAR 20, 2021 On tap at Brook's Kitchen & Tap in Oakbrook Terrace, IL. dispensed to a shaker showing a slightly hazed, golden tone, with a fluffy layer of white froth, and wavy bands of foam as lacing. The aroma was light flora & fruit, mild graininess, with wheat-like & hay scent that grew stronger and less appealing on each return to the nose. Light to medium bodied, with decent carbonation, the flavor finished somewhat dry, with bitterness that was a little too peppery & earthy for my preference in a Pilsner. Recall being more impressed at inception, but didn't review at the time.

UPDATED: JAN 15, 2021 12oz Flasche. Gelb und sanft trüb. Luftig weisser Schaum. Grasiger Hopfenduft. Ein Hauch würziger Honig. Ordentlich bitterer Hopfenantrunk. Norddeutsch! Die Bitternoten bleiben auf der Zunge. You know: between Leber and Milz, passt always a Pils 🤪 Amtliches Pils.
