beerwarbler (88) - - JAN 6, 2022We had this at home in January 2022. We had it in a bottle that we purchased from Binny’s. It says it is an imperial stout but it taste like an IPA to me and I did not care for it

KevinReddirt (1138) - Midland, Texas, USA - NOV 6, 2021UPDATED: NOV 6, 2021 I purchased this 12 oz bottle at the local beer store earlier today. Pulling the cap before pouring into my Cowtown tulip glass. Dark brown in color with a decent head of light tan foam. The nose is hoppy with chocolate lurking behind. I take a drink, wood, bitter chocolate, burnt pecans, grain, hops and molasses. A full drink, not what I hoped. Expected something more memorable.

Mouthfeel is full bodied. Alcohol twinge.
Overall, it’s good. Not at all what I was expecting, I’m a little disappointed. I’d probably recommend it and would buy it again.
