Berliner Weisse s příchutí malin. Naše řada berliner weisse, neboli kyseláč jak už napovídá bude velmi kyselí. Kyselost vytvořili tzv. lactobacili, které vytvořili řádnou kyselost piva a ty jsme následně převařili, aby nedělali další neplechu. Krom kyselosti ucítíte následně různě výrazné ovoce, které se do piva přidává ve velmi hojném množství. chmely: Kazbek slady: plzeňský, pšenice, kyselí slad
