UPDATED: AUG 9, 2019 Tres pale, grosse carbonatation et bonne effervescence. Au nez, très céréalier avec des touches résineuses. En bouche, assez frais, sur le grain avec tout de même une touche de citron. Quand même une petite touche d'amertume. Se boit tout de même fort bien.

Apparence : Jaune, claire, belle mousse blanche ayant une bonne rétention et laissant une dentelle derrière une carbonatation assez présente.
Nez : Malt, houblon Saaz frais, moins épicé qu'en bouche.
Goût : Céréales légèrement sucrées, épicée et herbacée. Amertume assez présente, mais ''clean''. Sèche en finale.
Sensation : Corps assez mince, bonne longueur, sèche.
Bref : Céréales, Saaz frais apportant son lot d'arômes, sécheresse, facile à boire; dans les règles de l'art.

Can - Nice grains and spice. Clear gold with a rich white head. Grains and spicy hops with a crisp dry finish. Solid.

UPDATED: OCT 27, 2018 Canette. Robe jaune paille et légèrement trouble avec un beau col de mousse blanc et moyennement dense. Arômes d'herbes et malt croquant, touche citronnée ainsi que d'autres agrumes plus légers. En bouche, malt pils suave avec herbes douces, citron frais coupé, traces de pamplemousse bref, du houblon noble habilement travaillé. Texture un peu épaisse pour le style mais d'une incroyable buvabilité. Le coté sec de la pils est juste assez dosé. Une vraie bonne bière de soif.

Can. Clear pale gold pour with foamy white head. Aroma is super grassy, hoppy, tea like notes, intense saaz, light lemony, bready notes. Taste is bitter, grassy, husky grain, lingering honey. Palate is light bodied, med carbonation. Tasty stuff!

355 ml bottle purchated at Les Marchands de Bières in Sainte-Thérèse (Québec) on October 17, 2018. Clear gold, medium head. Aroma of crisp pale malt, dry hoppy pine. Taste of dry hoppy spruce, a bit of sour lemon maltiness, crisp bitterness. I want to drink this for summer!

Can. Clear yellow with light white head. Aroma is cereal grains and light hop bitterness. Taste is much like the aroma profile with cereal grains, grass and a clean bitter finish. Absolutely fantastic pilsner, incredibly refreshing.

UPDATED: NOV 8, 2018 My Bottom Line:
Herbal, peppery hops ride sustained bubbles, as lightly honeyed straw-like malts support this beautiful, unfiltered, hop-accented interpretation of a Svetly Lezak.

Further Personal Perceptions:
-A dollop of foam sticks to the top of the misty pale blond.
-Mouthfeel is drier than that of the average Svetly and resembles more that of a good Bavarian Pils (quite effervescent and on the dry side).
-Drinkability is through the roof.
-A mild touch of sulphur adds rusticity.
-In some batches, the hops dominate the malts, which is not what I prefer in the style.
-Hop bitterness builds with every sip, yet never reaches bothersome levels.

UPDATED: OCT 18, 2018 355ml can. Clear golden yellow with a frothy white head. Flavors are bread, cereals, grass and spices with fruity and floral notes. Medium body, good carbonation, soft texture.
