UPDATED: AUG 16, 2021 Bottle from the brewery online, pours red-brown with a slight haze and fast-settling foam. Malty-sweet nose with plummy notes leads to a sweet, woody and fruity body. Slight toasty plummy notes, but growing sticky-sweet with time. Re-rate, cap not tight enough so a bit flat, malty-sweet but also slightly tart. OK, but not right.

UPDATED: MAY 13, 2021 330ml bottle. Cloudy, dark amber colour with small, frothy, fading, off-white to beige head. Caramel malty, slightly yeasty fruity and tartish-herbal aroma, hints of red berries, taurine. Taste is sweet-ish, caramel malty, yeasty fruity and minimally tart-ish, herbal, hints of red berries, a touch of taurine. Minimally creamy, watery texture, minimally dry, soft palate, fine, soft to flat carbonation. A bit weird, artificial - not good.

UPDATED: NOV 17, 2020 Bottle. Pours hazy pinkish red with airy beige head. Muddled aroma of malt, caramel, yeast and whatever the abhorrent main ingredient in Red Bull is. Deafening, synthetic dry flavour, with mild hints of yeast. Sour, just appallingly sour aftertaste. Absolutely undrinkable. Not past the BBD. Just horrible as such.

UPDATED: OCT 22, 2020 0,33l Flasche. Rot-braunes trübes Bier, feiner Schaum. Sieht für mich „amerikanisch“ aus 🤠 Erdbeeren aus der Dose und Malz. Sehr sauer im Antrunk. Kirsche und Malz. Soll das so sauer sein?? Geschmacklich spannend, fachlich vielleicht etwas verunglückt?!

UPDATED: OCT 18, 2020 Bottle, 5.3%. Lagery and acidic aroma, a little dirty rag. Cloudy chestnut colour. Small off-white head. The flavour is very acidic. Extremely lemony with a distinct blood and metal finish. Undrinkable. Not past BB date at all. Horrible.

UPDATED: AUG 6, 2020 Leicht eingetrübt kupferfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, getreidiger, fruchtiger Geruch. Geschmacklich getreidig, malzig, fruchtig mit Karamell und roten Beeren, schwach säuerlich. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

UPDATED: JUL 21, 2020 Copper coloured and hazy with just a ring of foam. Malty smell with a caramel note. In taste whole grain bread with a little acidity.
