UPDATED: JUL 23, 2021 Pale gold with a frothy, white head. Aroma is slightly herbal and grainy with lemon cake on the side. Taste is modestly bitter throughout. Clean, dry finish. Decent, easy drinking.

UPDATED: APR 15, 2021 330ml bottle. Hazy, yellow-ish, bright golden colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally grainy and strawy, pale malty, minimally dusty and musty, yeasty aroma. Taste is minimally grainy and strawy, pale malty, minimally fruity with a cautious touch of mirabelle and apricot, a touch of protein, doughy yeasty overtones, some hop bitterness. Watery texture with a 'crumbly' touch, smooth and soft, minimally dry palate, fine, foamy carbonation. Sadly a tad musty in the nose - nice 'Zwickelpils'.

UPDATED: JUN 6, 2020 330 ml bottle. Cloudy dark yellow, big foamy head. Fruity notes, grassy spicy hops, a bit yeast, tangerine, a bit of metal, grain and hay. Dry hoppy bitterness, light sweetness. Medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry hoppy bitter finish. Great Pilsner!

UPDATED: MAY 22, 2020 Golden, slightly hazy, with a decent white head. Taste is grain, even slightly sweet, before an elegant yet distinct bitterness takes over. Quite drinkable.

UPDATED: MAR 29, 2019 Bottle. Aroma is greenish pale yellow color with. Aroma is fresh green hops, sticky oils. Taste is light sticky pale malts, lots of green hops. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A huge surprise, this is really tasty!
