UPDATED: NOV 21, 2021 33cl bottle pours a translucent, fairly dark orange with some clumpy, white head. Nose has a lot, stone fruits and honey, candi, yeast, clove, bubblegum. Flavor is sweet, pineapple brulee, LeBron bubblicious, peach candies, burnt orange, some sourness that reads green papaya. Full bodied, off dry finish with a bite from the booze.

UPDATED: SEP 26, 2021 Holding a 33 cl bottle of Watou Tripel obtained from Belgian Happiness. My ABGB snifter awaits and I pour to see an amber-gold body with a fluffy top of white foam. The scent is peach, floral and meadow. I lift the glass for a drink. The taste is more aggressive than the nose and I do not complain. Grain, yeast, yellow raisins, alcohol, yellow fruit, straw, a touch of spice and a firm closing bitterness. My first tripel in a long time. It was worth the wait.

UPDATED: JUN 5, 2021 Pours a slightly hazy golden colour with a foamy white head. Smells very yeasty and with a dry herbal hop aroma on top. A very sparkling beer, the high carbonation makes it very refreshing, the taste is very yeasty as expected, the hops give it an almost mintiness and although not bitter it is very dry and refreshing. Medium bodied but feels lighter due to the carbonation, an extremely crisp tripel just wonderful, what the style should strive for.

UPDATED: MAR 26, 2021 Goudgeel licht wazig bier met een witte volle schuimkraag. Beetje muffige geur. Verder fruitige smaak met toetsen van sinaasappel en abrikoos. Verder een gistsmaak en licht kruidig. Goede volle carbonatie tinteling op de tong.

UPDATED: FEB 28, 2021 Bottle from a mixed 4 pack from the brewery. Pours hazy golden-amber with a 2-finger white head. The aroma is yeasty with fruity notes beneath. The boy is medium-to-full and a touch syrupy. Long finish with a mild astringency. Apple-like fruit flavor mixed with earthy yeast underneath. A bit of a spice note too.

UPDATED: NOV 11, 2020 33 cl bouteille. Une triple classique une belle mousse mais qui ne laisse pas un goût long en bouche. A essayer...c est tout.

UPDATED: OCT 2, 2020 Bière pression bue à La griffe à Lille, un nez basique, une mousse peu présente, peu de carbonatation, une longueur en bouche tout de même mais pas un goût super agréable pour moi.

UPDATED: SEP 19, 2020 Gyllengul grumlig vätska med fingerstjockt skum. Brödig arom som övergår till fruktig och lite lätt pepprig doft. Kryddig, pepprig och lite gräsig inledande smak. Därefter bråkar smaklökarna lite innan de enas att smaken är balanserad mellan maltkropp och höig, torkad humle. Eldig och fyllig munkänsla.
