UPDATED: MAY 22, 2021 50 cl bottle poured into a Dimpled mug. Slightly hazy golden colour with a frothy white head. Sweet aroma with grasses, fruits, herbal and spicy hoppy notes. Pale malts. Taste is light bitter. Dry and bitter finish with bread and grasses. Excellent Lager, good with a hearty German dish.

UPDATED: FEB 20, 2021 Bottle from Hops and Crafts Exeter. Pours clear gold with a white head. Aroma of sweet lemon, bread, hay, rich tea biscuit ,honey and pepper . Taste of lemon, honey , bread , hay and pepper. On the light side of medium bodied with a smooth slightly full mouthfeel and good carbonation. The finish is nicely dry and sweet with a growing bitterness, spicy pepper, honey , bread , lemon and hay . Stupidly drinkable pale Marzen.

UPDATED: FEB 5, 2021 Color dorado traslúcido con un dedo de espuma de baja retención. Aroma y sabor levemente maltosos con algo de amargor de fondo en boca al final. Cuerpo bajo y carbonatación medio-alta. Floja y gaseosa pero con un mínimo de regusto maltoso como para animar a seguir bebiendo.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2021 color: amarillo oro, transparente, con una abundante y persistente corona de espuma blanca. olor: pan sabor: amargor y cuerpo ligero, persistencia baja, cierto sabor metálico y un poco dulce.

UPDATED: JAN 1, 2021 De botella, en casa. Bonito color amarillo clarito, muy límpida, diminutas burbujas que van subiendo, generosa corona de espuma blanca. Suave aroma fresco a cereal tostado, como a pan blanco. En boca es suave y fácil, sabores a plátano y pan, cierto toque alcohólico. Retrogusto final algo metálico y quizás demasiado lupulado. En conjunto, muy rica.

UPDATED: DEC 25, 2020 50cl fles. Helder goudgeel kleur, fijne romige witte schuimkraag. De geur is mais en gras. Smaak is zoet, mais, citrus en gras. Medium body en veel koolzuur

UPDATED: DEC 4, 2020 Bottle from Westhill SS. It pours clear yellow - gold with a small, frothy white head. The aroma is quite sweet, doughy white bread, brioche, sponge cake, cornbread, cereal, grain and some general fruitiness. The taste is crisp, dry, snappy, grassy, sweet doughy white bread, sponge cake, cracker, peppery spice, splash of American cream soda, corn bread and custard creams with dry finish. Average body and moderate carbonation. Maybe a touch sweet, but enjoyable anyhow.
