UPDATED: JAN 2, 2022 Bourbon bardzo wyczuwalny, slodkawy ma profilek, ale to nie przeszkadza, jest debinka, sa korzenne ciasteczka, nieco chmielowej goryczki pod koniec no i zlocista jaskrawa barwa, musujace lekko, lekko tez nawet mgliste, ale osadu ogolnie nie ma. Piana spora stabilna, spora niczym ilosc podrobionych covidowych paszportow w pewnym poludniowo-zachodnim landzie niemieckim.

UPDATED: SEP 13, 2021 Bottle thanks to cgarvieuk. Appearance - cloudy brown and a thin head. Nose - toffee and brown bread. Taste - brown bread, light sultana and toffee. Palate - medium bodied, sweet and decent linger. Overall - good.

UPDATED: APR 27, 2021 Ordentlicher heller Bock und schön wie das Fass rauskommt. Finde nur, dass das nicht so super zusammenpasst. Da wäre ein dunkler Bock vielleicht besser gewesen. Trotzdem gut. Schöne Optik.

UPDATED: DEC 27, 2020 Degu rok po dacie. Złoty opalizujący, wręcz miedziany klarowny kolor. Piana dość gęsta ale średnia i szybko opada do małej wyspy. Aromat owocowy - winogrona, agrest, wiśnia, może nawet truskawka, intensywność wzbogacona suszem - śliwki, rodzynki, figi. Nieco landrynkowe, słodowe, trochę później wychodzi ziarno, płatki śniadaniowe ale bardziej urozmaica niż wadzi. Z czasem bardziej wybija się truskawka i słodka wiśnia. W smaku niejednoznaczne i nieoczywiste - niby bazą słód i akcenty mailardowe, ale zaznaczone owocowym charakterem, żadna ze stron nie dominuje ale też nie daje się wyraźnie odczuć. Szukając jakichś deskryptorów nasuwa się mix: chleb pełnoziarnisty z dżemem z czerwonych owoców polany miodem. Finisz długi półsłodki z odrobiną ziołowego chmielu wykończony nieśmiałymi akcentami rumu i tequili. Piwo wydaje się dość gładkie, mimo wszystko ułożone i zbalansowane, a alkohol zaznacza się dopiero w przełyku.

UPDATED: NOV 20, 2020 This Maibock is aged for 3 months in Bourbon, Tequila and Rum barrels, respectively, and emits a very delicate aroma of caramel and Bourbon. It has faint but persistent foam, and the taste is very delicious of caramel, a little vanilla, brown sugar or cane sugar and a slightly discreet, but rather delicious, taste of coconut. My guess is that coconut and cane sugar / brown sugar come from the rum barrel. Its storage in Bourbon barrels is clearly reflected in the aroma and it also has a little Bourbon in the taste. I simply can not trace the tequila barrel, but a little oak in the aftertaste is probably a mixture of it all. It leaves a nice sweet taste with hints of marzipan in the aftertaste and the hops are adequately balanced with hints of freshly cut grass. It is a very different Maibock, which is not at all as you would expect from typical Maibocks, but it is unusually tasty and a really good innovative brew.

UPDATED: SEP 1, 2020 Piwo cimno złote, lekko w stronę miedzianą, zamglone. Piana biała, średnio wysoka, minimalnie się lepi. Aromat słodowy, trochę biszkoptów, miodu, vanilii i bourbona. W smaku słodowo, biszkopty, miód i bourbon. Niby wszystko fajnie, czuć beczkę ale finalnie jakoś się nie skleja.

UPDATED: JUL 19, 2020 Goudblond bier met voldoende koolzuur. Geur mout, iets. Smaak mout, iets. Dun bier. Nasmaak mout, iets, hout, hop. Geur en smaak zijn moeizaam aanwezig.
