COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Brewed in collaboration for the Craft Brewer's Conference along with our friends at Crosby Hop Farm and FUERST WIACEK in Berlin, Pfeifen Frisch (say: FI-fen FRISH) is a Hazy Double IPA with Idaho 7 Hop Hash, Callista and Cashmere hops, all from Crosby. This is the first time ever playing with some of these hops and the resulting juice - redolent of overripe papaya, Valencia orange peel, and cantaloupe with a hint of mango spice - is absolutely fantastic.

UPDATED: APR 13, 2019 Hazy golden appearance with a fluffy white head. Aroma of dank hops, fresh orange peel, mild tropical notes, light grains and a touch of grassy spice. Similar flavor, juicy, , zesty fresh and hop-forward with mild bitterness and a light juicy sweetness. Medium plus body with a pleasant finish. Nice.

UPDATED: APR 6, 2019 Can - the Cashmere hops in this make for a super complex flavor profile of coconut, papaya, lime, lemon - these combine with the moderate sweetness of the malt profile up front to nice effect - the tail end brings spicy bitterness and lingering lemongrass - their hop experiments don’t always work, but I’d say this one does.
